Guide Bridge Theatre is a voluntary organisation. We don't have any paid vacancies but we always welcome volunteers with commitment and passion to work throughout the theatre.  We will accommodate you, wherever your interests lie and whatever your skills. 

As well as needing performers, we need multiple people to fill the following roles on an ongoing/rotation basis:

 

• Directors

• Stage Managers

• Deputy Stage Managers

• Production Managers 

• Sound and lighting designers/operatives 

• Set design/construction team 

• Props masters 

• Stage crew 

• Costumiers 

• Make-up artists 

• Electricians 

• Publicity staff 

• Box office staff

• Bar staff

• Ushers

• Event organisers

• Membership Secretary 

 

If you have a skill we could use, get in touch today.  If not, get in touch and tell us what area you would like to work in and we will train you up to get you started on what we know will be a very rewarding journey.  We understand how busy life is, so you decide how much time you can contribute and when.

 

The theatre is managed by committee and we welcome members to stand for election if they have ideas about how the theatre should be run.  You could find yourself filling one of the following roles:

 

• Company Director

• Chairman 

• Artistic Manager 

• Bar Manager 

• Publicity Manager

• Front of House Manager

• Child Protection Officer

• Health and Safety Officer 

• Box Office Manager

• Treasurer 

• Secretary
